We know a world without Veteran houselessness is possible.
Every day, more than 450 Veterans find themselves houseless on the streets of our city, alongside more than 6,000 other adults & children. We are certain that this crisis can be solved, & we are building the solutions necessary to end Veteran homelessness in Portland.
We hold one simple belief:
No human being should experience homelessness, particularly not a Veteran. Our work does not stop until we can offer a house key to every Veteran who wants one.
Say “Hello” to frank
A Navy Veteran discovers self-worth and builds a home for his children.
“I’m loving myself again. I was lost for a while, but now I’m able to say, ‘Frank—you’re doing it, you’re doing it.’ I feel reborn… brand new.”
Our purpose is to provide competent, compassionate support that changes systems & changes lives.
Every day, we are building understanding communities that alleviate the isolation & trauma of homelessness.
We don’t just fit someone into our services. We tailor our services to each individual.
