Thanks for your interest in working with Do Good! Below we have a couple forms that can be filled out - one for employment and one for volunteering. We may not have any employment positions currently open, but we are always accepting applications and keep them on file for future openings. We are currently building our volunteer program, and we’d love to connect with you on how to get involved with Do Good as a volunteer!
The culture and care we strive to provide our Veterans at Do Good Multnomah is extremely important to all of us. We believe it is essential to gain an understanding of our Veterans and the issues that they face. For that reason, every prospective employee starts working with us in our Wy’east Shelter where we prioritize housing Veterans but also serve non-Veterans in need if we have availability. This experience not only helps individuals start building relationships, but it also gives a base knowledge of where and why Do Good Multnomah began and why our core tenets are so important to us. We are changing the way we serve houseless Veterans in the Portland community, and we’d love for you to be a part of that.

With the growth Do Good has seen over the 2018-19 years, we’ve found a great need for volunteers!
We currently have 3 different facilities and many ways to get involved. We need nightly meals at the Wy’east Shelter (serving around 100 people), front desk assistance at Sandy Studios, people to hang out and play games or host a book club at any of the locations, service projects that pop up, or someone to play some music.
